As a Quality Manager for Electrical Systems (QA/QC), you are the central interface between clients, the project team, and subcontractors. You ensure that all quality requirements and project standards are met and support projects from execution to successful handover.
Through regular inspections, documentation, and defect tracking, you ensure that the highest quality standards are achieved on site.
Your role in the project
You take responsibility for quality assurance and quality control on the construction site. You identify deviations, coordinate their rectification, and serve as the central point of contact for all quality-related issues. Together with project teams, clients, and subcontractors, you ensure execution that is compliant with standards and of high quality.
Here's what you'll be doing with us
Quality Assurance & Quality Control
Documentation & Reporting
- Creation and maintenance of QA/QC documentation, checklists, and inspection reports
- Ensuring complete and audit-proof project documentation
- Monitoring and tracking of document filing with project partners and subcontractors
Defect Management
- Recording, evaluation, and tracking of quality deviations
- Coordination and monitoring of measures for defect rectification
- Support for continuous quality improvement of future projects
Support for Commissioning
- Quality-related support for Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning activities
- Ensuring all prerequisites for acceptances and handovers
Communication & Coordination
- Coordination with site management, client representatives, and subcontractors
- Participation in project and site meetings
- Technical support for the project team on quality-related issues
- Promoting quality awareness on the construction site
- Planning and coordination of regular quality inspections (Inspection Schedule)
- Review of electrical systems regarding standards, specifications, and project requirements
- Identification of quality deviations and initiation of appropriate measures
- Review of point clouds and comparison of As-Built with As-Planned data
What you bring to the table
- Completed electrical engineering education (technical college, university of applied sciences, master craftsman, or equivalent)
- Further training in quality management is an advantage
- Sound knowledge of QA/QC processes, electrical engineering standards, and testing procedures
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience (Associate Level)
- Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken
- Structured and independent way of working
- Willingness to work on-site at construction sites
