As a project manager, you bring together all people and teams involved in the project under one roof and ensure that our services are provided punctually, economically and in the expected quality. As a representative to customers, partners and employees in the office and on the construction site, the project manager is also a buyer, salesperson and problem solver. You usually complete these diverse tasks on the go.

To ensure that all of this can be solved, he is always assisted by at least one project coordinator who oversees the implementation of the project in-house. In addition, the project manager also has access to PL assistance.

• Commercial, legal and technical review of work contracts and tenders
• Processing of tenders including project calculation, performance differentiation, technical and organizational specification, evaluation of own contribution and purchase, risk assessment
