Your role in the project
As an electrical construction manager, you are the link between assembly and project management. You are responsible for the entire assembly, including in-house and external services, and ensure that quality, deadlines and costs are met in accordance with the contract. You work closely with project management and project coordination and take on organizational, technical and partly commercial tasks. Your role is central to project success and is effective directly on the construction site.
Here's what you'll be doing with us
You organize and control the electrical engineering assembly process on the construction site. These include:
- Work preparation and allocation of construction site personnel
- Participation in construction meetings involving assembly and construction
- Construction site documentation including construction day and work reports
- Create, track and sign off directorial and hourly reports
- Material and tool planning together with project coordination
- Construction site organization including logistics, installation and disposal
- Ensuring occupational safety and traffic safety
- Training of own personnel and subcontractors
What you bring to the table
- Completed electrical engineering education, for example HTL, FH, master or apprenticeship
- At least five years of experience in a comparable position on major projects
- Experience with high and low voltage systems
- Management experience, including in international project teams
- Willingness to travel in the DACH region, a maximum of two weeks in a row
- Class B driving license
- Very good German and English skills
- Forklift license, PASMA or IPAF are an advantage, but not a must.
