As a project manager (m/f/d), you take on commercial responsibility for complex projects in the area of electrical engineering and electrical plant engineering. In close cooperation with management, kfm. Management and technical project management ensure economic, contractually flawless and timely project execution.

• You prepare the necessary documentation using the latest project management software and thus have enough time for the essentials.
• A key task that you can master from the “FF” in the best case scenario. Because when communication flows, everyone involved is not only spared many misunderstandings; it is simply much more “nerve-friendly” ;-)
• With your expertise, experience and knowledge, you contribute to the best possible basis for negotiation in advance.
• Turnover, costs, budgets — you keep an eye on everything and decide on all project finances yourself to a large extent.
• Projects are full of deadlines. Delivery dates, milestones, fees, payment periods. You are responsible for some of these appointments - set them, follow them, meet them.

• Commercial project support from the offer phase to completion including budget planning, cost control & forecasting
• Contract and supplement management as well as claim management in close coordination with project and commercial management
• Billing, payment monitoring & receivables management as well as preparation of reports and evaluations for controlling
• Procurement management in collaboration with purchasing (materials, subcontractors) and communication with stakeholders
• Documentation, archiving & maintenance of all commercially relevant project documents

• Positively completed commercial education or studies (e.g. business administration, industrial engineering)
• Several years of experience in project business, ideally in a technical environment (electrical engineering, plant engineering)
• Profound knowledge of German public procurement law (BGB, VOB/B) and ideally experience with construction process disruptions and construction time extensions
• Safe use of MS Office (especially Excel); BMD skills are an advantage
• Willingness to travel within Germany (approx. 10%)
